Sandwich Club

Sandwich Club is an event that brings together different chefs, restaurants, and partners from across Chattanooga to make damn good sandwiches.

For the first Sandwich Club, two restaurants Han Mi and Keystone are getting together to do two riffs on one sandwich—the Cheesesteak sandwich—for a takeover of Velo Coffee.

What is this event about?

Good vibes and good food. We wanted to mash up restaurants in the community to do something different and collaborate together, all in a way that's accessible to the community. Your ticket includes half of a sandwich from each restaurant. We encourage you to stick around, hang out, get to know some new folks and just be a part of the community. But if you want to take your sandwich to go, you do you!

What are pick-up windows?

We're hoping to serve a lot of sandwiches to a lot of people at the event, so pick-up windows make it easier for you to know when you can pick-up and enjoy your sandwich. Pop-ups always have chaos but we want it to still be fun for everyone. You can show up at literally anytime and hangout until whenever. Heck, we encourage it. Our host Velo Coffee will be serving coffee and non-alc beverages and our friends at The Bitter Alibi will be selling beer.

Where does ticket money go to?

The ticket revenue for this event will go directly to cover the food costs and labor for Han Mi and Keystone, to share revenue with our host venue Velo Coffee, and for a couple of small expenses like art and printing.

Is this an all ages event?

Yes, all ages are welcome. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. IDs will be checked for all beer purchases to ensure you are 21 or older. Tickets are required for any age who wish to get sandwiches from the vendors.

Event Waiver & Release of Liability

By purchasing a ticket and attending Sandwich Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the consumption of food and beverages, potential allergic reactions, and general risks associated with attending a public gathering. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance and participation.

2. Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, participating restaurants, venue owners, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, illness, property damage, or other loss that may occur during or as a result of the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: We are unable to accommodate or customize food items for dietary restrictions or preferences. Menu items may contain wheat, soy, and dairy, and may come into contact with other common allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, and eggs. 4. Photography & Media Release: By attending, you grant permission for your image, likeness, or voice to be captured in photos, video, or audio recordings for promotional or archival purposes without compensation.

5. Compliance: You agree to follow event rules, instructions from staff, and all applicable laws during your attendance.
